Due to the size and variety of areas both inside and outside the building, Meriwether’s Restaurant is a popular place for events of all kinds. From small, intimate dinners and corporate gatherings to rehearsal dinners, receptions and weddings, Meriwether’s Restaurant can accommodate parties between 15 and 300 people in a variety of ways. We can do pre-set dinners of any size. Meriwether’s offers a prix-fixe sit down or buffet menus that can be created from yours and your guest’s preferences.

Choose a cocktail and appetizer party, buffet lunches or dinners or formal sit-down plated events. The cost of each party is determined individually based on the time of year, space desired, number of people, type and quantity of food and desired budget. Our Special Events menus are designed using the same seasonal ingredients available daily in the restaurant. Additionally, we are currently planting our own two-acre farm that will supply the majority of the produce we use throughout the year.

There are several spaces that are conducive to either open or private events:

Main dining room with a large stone fireplace, hardwood floors and floor to ceiling windows topped by beautiful antique stained glass.

Historic bar with a stone fireplace, high-backed booths, stained glass windows and double doors open onto the outdoor garden.

Outdoor patio, gardens and gazebo with firepit are three distinct areas that can be used together or separately depending on the size of the party.
