The garden at Meriwether’s Restaurant was designed and maintained by Margaret’s Enchanted Gardens. Our gardens are “year-round and seasonal” which means something is in bloom all year. The largest garden area, which also contains guest seating, is located behind the restaurant and three smaller gardens are in the front and on both sides of the building.

There are three distinct areas in the garden:

The covered patio (with a clear top to allow sunshine in, but not rain) has radiant gas heaters and a beautiful Italian fountain in the middle.

The open, circular garden area in the middle has a stone walkway and is surrounded by numerous annuals and perennials.

The gazebo is an intimate, circular space with 15 bar-height stools surrounding a gas fire-pit and bar-top and covered by a beautiful copper roof. The patio and the fire-pit are open on all sides but canvas walls are added in the fall and winter to keep in heat and protect from the wind.
