Meriwether’s Skyline Farm
From Earth to Table


In recent years the relationship between farmer and chef has become increasingly important. Cooks and diners have greater interest in where their food is coming from. Here at Meriwether’s, we’ve spent the last year working to shorten the distance between field and table by laying the infrastructure for our own 5 acre vegetable farm with full southwest exposure at the apex of Skyline Drive; right here in the city of Portland.

Our season has begun! In just a few weeks, we should begin to harvest. And we’ve room to grow. There’s ducks and goats on the way, our compostation program is about to begin, and the smokehouse is weeks away from active production as well. Here’s what’s growing:
